JAKE KLAMEN

Jake specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Multi-Tenant Retail, STNL, Office, and Industrial property. Since entering the real estate scene in 2018, Jake has successfully brokered over $120,000,000 worth of commercial property across the country. Jake has represented private equity groups, high-net-worth individuals, 1031 exchange buyers, and developers in 9 different states throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeast. After spending several years with two national commercial real estate brokerages, Jake left to start Klamen Commercial Advisors. KCA is founded on the same guiding principles that Harold M. Klamen and Associates was built on in 1926 – Integrity, Honesty and Fairness. Jake has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Missouri since 2018 and is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.

Ryan Lommel

Ryan Lommel is responsible for expanding KCA’s portfolio of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on providing value to clients in the multi-tenant retail and industrial sectors. Active in the real estate industry since 2018, Ryan’s experience spans from owning and managing a growing portfolio of retail shopping centers, multi-family residences, and single-family homes. Ryan has been immersed in the industry from an early age and has built a strong professional network of owners and investors across the Midwest. Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Ryan had a successful career selling multi-million-dollar enterprise software solutions for private equity and publicly traded companies throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. His hands-on style and outside-the-box problem solving abilities are what enable him to provide the best service for his clients.
