KCA was formed in 2021 on the same guiding principles that Harold M. Klamen & Associates was founded on in 1926 - Integrity, Honesty, and Fairness.

KCA is a modern commercial real estate brokerage firm that views each client relationship as a partnership. We are 100% dedicated to the investment sales of commercial real estate throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeastern markets. We specialize in Shopping Centers, Single-Tenant Net Leased Assets, Office, Medical Office, and Industrial properties.

KCA has a deep understanding of asset valuations, knows how to navigate a transaction successfully, and understands what it takes to manage and operate real estate, because we are landlords too. Our family has been investing in real estate since the 1920s and we currently hold hundreds of properties in our regional portfolio.

Jake specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Multi-Tenant Retail, Single-Tenant Retail, Office, Medical office, and Industrial property.
 
Since entering the real estate scene in 2018, Jake has successfully brokered over $42,000,000 worth of commercial property across the country. Jake has represented private equity groups, high-net-worth individuals, 1031 exchange buyers, and developers in 7 different states throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
 
After spending several years with two national commercial real estate brokerages, Jake left to start Klamen Commercial Advisors. KCA is founded on the same guiding principles that Harold M. Klamen and Associates was built on in 1926 – Integrity, Honesty and Fairness.

Jake’s services include market research, equity placement, portfolio planning, property marketing, asset valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Jake has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Missouri since 2018 and is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
